The Villa, designed in Mediterranean style with top quality furnishings comprises a first bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with double bed or twin beds on request, two bathrooms with shower and a third bedroom with twin beds. The spacious common areas include a kitchen and living room for you to enjoy wonderful dinners. Outside there is a practical barbeque for unforgettable evenings in company.

The living room also has a single sofa bed or a sofa bed to sleep one child up to the 12 years plus a cot for a baby from 0 to 23 months.

• The villa can be booked for a minimum stay of 7 days, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in on other days only on request and subject to availability.

All the Villas, decorated with quality furniture and materials that call to mind typical Sardinian craftsmanship. Available to guests there is free open air unattended parking, charging stations for electric vehicles at the hotel at extra charge (22KW power), reception open 24 hours a day with all major credit cards accepted (open at prearranged times when the Hotel is closed).

Free use of the main pool of the hotel, floodlit Mateco tennis court and the Resort’s beach volleyball court. In addition there is the chance to use the sea platform, a coin operated self-service laundry and book breakfast and dinner in the Resort’s restaurant (services on payment).

The villas of the Resort Cala di Falco are about 200 metres from the public beach in Cannigione, a stretch of fine sand just over the road that can easily be reached on foot where there is a parasol and sun lounger service. In addition there is a shuttle bus service (according to timetable) which gives the option of getting to the public beach at Barca Bruciata or Mannena where there is a beach service organised by an outside operator (payment required).

Some of the most beautiful beaches in the North of Sardinia can easily be reached in a few minutes by car or boat and for those wishing to find out more about the most famous and best known parts of the Costa Smeralda and the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago, there is also a wide variety of excursion by land and sea. The centre of Cannigione is just 300 metres from the Resort and with its little marina and handicraft shops open all year round, offers the chance to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea in the North of Sardinia.

The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the beginning of your holiday.
