Stay with traditional cooking course:

We organize stays (3 nights) with a cooking course at the "Il Guerriero" restaurant in Vetriano. The course includes:
Day 1: Arrival and accommodation at the property, free day.
Day 2: 3 hours of course in the morning at the restaurant, with the preparation of recipes, including those based on porcini mushrooms (September - October), harvested directly in the chestnut woods, and lunch with the prepared recipes. Free afternoon and dinner.

Day 3: Free morning - free lunch. Afternoon: 3 hours of course on traditional pasta and typical desserts preparation. Dinner with the preparations from the afternoon.
Day 4: Breakfast and departure. Breakfasts with homemade cakes. Total all-inclusive cost Euro 250 per person

Participants will stay directly in the Carpe Diem apartments. Courses are organized from February to June and from September to November. Dates will be confirmed with a minimum of 5 registrations.

TYPICAL DINNERS:
We organize fixed-menu dinners with traditional and typical products for guests. Lunch or dinner can be booked upon arrival at the property.

THE COST IS €25 PER PERSON:
The menus include game, Sicilian street food, and trattoria specialties. You can request the menu via email or upon arrival at the property.
