Overview

Stone House Ziano we finished the renovation on our Wellness Paradise in October 2017, a modern and cosy Alpine-style house in Ziano, Val di Fiemme, in the heart of the Dolomites (Unesco Heritage).

It is a “maso”, a typical rural farmhouse from Trento, transformed into a luxury residence for your holidays in Val di Fiemme.

The chalet is characterized by careful attention to detail and luxury: it combines pieces of extreme modernity with old pieces, where modern furniture and high quality materials combine with the classic style of the “maso” with its spectacular wooden beams and natural stone walls.

Stone House Ziano Overview

The chalet is spread over 3 floors to accommodate up to 8 people. When you enter the residence, the living space is distinguished by a large lounge area with a crystal table that has a fully-heated fire, where you can sip a glass of wine like Krug Grand Cuvée or Amarone Riserva DOCG Quintarelli and be warmed by its warmth, in front of the breath-taking large glass windows, while magical background music plays over the 12 speaker stereo system: it will be an experience you‘ll remember for a long time to come, until your next return to the Wellness Paradise, to relive it!

The lounge area, with panoramic views of the valley, offers a sofa, which at the same time can become a double bed and is complemented by an artistically illuminated LED wall.

The kitchen will give you extraordinary natural warmth, thanks to the presence of an old wooded Stube (a typical traditional Alpine stove), in Firestone coated with a resin of crushed Roman stone.

On the mezzanine floor, the house offers the master bedroom suite, the queen of the house. A bathroom with shower made of high quality coconut fibre. In all areas of the house there is a home theatre system, and all rooms have a TV.

Downstairs, there is the second double bedroom with finely finished walls in Roman stone, as well as an en-suite bathroom in marble with an enchanting mosaic.

Outside the luxury chalet, a relaxing area awaits you with breath-taking views of the valley. You can enjoy a sun terrace with a spacious and spectacular Jacuzzi that accommodates up to 6 people and is complete with sofas in midollino and comfortable cushions for your moments of pleasure, both for couples, in love with romance and passion, and for a family. A unique and evocative space that completes the relaxing atmosphere of a holiday in this beautiful and unique chalet.

Our company, Luxury Wellness Paradise, intends to process the personal data that you have provided exclusively for the fulfilment of the obligations prescribed by contract or law that govern the business relationship between us. For this reason, we will not process confidential data or data of judicial pertinence. As per Art. 13 of the above-mentioned law, we are obliged to inform you of the following:

1 Purpose of data processing:

The data that you place at our disposal will be processed in the context of our company's daily operations and in particular for the fulfilment of the obligations imposed by contract or law (e.g. compliance with administrative, fiscal and accounting, etc. requirements) and for market research and direct marketing.

2 Method of treatment:

As regards the method of treatment given, we inform you that your data will be entered in special identification archives in both paper and computerised form with adequate security measures taken for the protection of the privacy in accordance with the regulations in force. Your personal data will be processed by the appropriate data processing and filing software.

3 Obligatory or optional data entry:

We inform you that your consent is not required (as per Art. 23 and respective amendments of the above-mentioned law) whenever our company requires the data in question for the fulfilment of obligations prescribed by contract or law, whenever such data can be taken from public registers, lists, deeds or documents that are part of public domain and can be freely accessed by anyone and whenever such data is processed for the defence of rights in Court of Law. In any case however, all such data can be processed but not disclosed.

4 Consequences of refusal to grant consent:

Your refusal to consent to our processing of data we consider fundamental as per Point a) above (such as names, registered office, headquarters, branch offices, capital stock, telephone numbers, fax numbers, name of legal representative, V.A.T. and income tax registration numbers, corporate purpose and banking co-ordinates, etc.) may prevent us from establishing or continuing a contractually-regulated business relationship with you.

5 Parties to whom your data may be communicated:

Your personal data may be communicated to the parties in the following categories:
- Sale agents;
- credit recovery companies to inquire potential commercial risks;

6 Parties that may gain awareness of your data in the execution of their duties

Your personal data will not be processed by anyone else than Luxury Wellness Paradise. Rights as per Art. 7 of Law Decree 196/2003

Lastly, in regard to the above, we inform you of your rights as per Art.

7 of the above-mentioned law and precisely what you may be entitled to receive at our expense:

a) the indication of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the identification of the owner of the processing and the managers in charge of processing, and the categories of party to whom such data can be communicated or those who may come to the awareness of such data in the performance of their duties as parties assigned to data processing

b) the confirmation of the existence of the personal data that regards you and the logic applied to any computerised processing performed

c) the cancellation and transformation in anonymous form of any data processed in violation of the above-mentioned law

d) the updating, correction and completion - if you desire - of such personal data

e) the certification that the operations mentioned in Points c) and d) were brought to the attention of those to whom such data has been communicated or distributed with the exception of the cases prescribed by law

f) the right to oppose on legitimate grounds the processing of your personal data, even when such processing is performed for appropriate purposes

g) the right to oppose, in any case, the processing of your personal data for the purpose of transmission of direct sales or advertising material or commercial communication or market research.

Val di Fiemme, where our wellness paradise resides, is located in the Dolomites in the eastern part of Trentino and is surrounded by Val di Fassa, Val d'Ega and Valsugana. The first known for the acres of red spruce used for the production of musical instruments. Come and discover the most interesting and intriguing places for an unforgettable holiday. For 20km through Pozza di Fassa, home of our Luxury Apartment, and Canazei, you can admire the mountains that seem just like a painting: the Vajolet Towers, the Sella Group and the Marmolada. A landscape that becomes even more fascinating thanks to the phenomenon of the “enrosadira” (alpenglow). A term in Ladin, a romance language, which means "becoming pink". It is a phenomenon in which the Dolomites (UNESCO heritage), at sunrise as well as at sunset, magically turn a colour pink... truly spectacular. This happens due to the rock composition containing calcium carbonate and magnesium. To enjoy this particular and suggestive moment you can take advantage of a guided tour that gives you the opportunity to attend a unique show, one of its kind.

Trentino and surroundings

Madonna di Campiglio, in the Brenta Dolomites, is another compulsory setting for those who love winter sports and are looking for high-level skiing facilities. With its 160km of ski slopes and 80 ski lifts, Madonna di Campiglio is also home to internationally renowned sporting events such as the Alpine Ski World Cup.

Contemporary and modern art lovers will appreciate the artistic offer that the MART of Rovereto provides and, in particular, the Fortunato Depero Futurist Art House. For those who are interested in buying old and modern paintings and art objects, we recommend the Aste Dolomia auction house, located right at the foot of the Rovereto Castle.

Verona

Just a few kilometres from the Trentino valleys, in Verona we find one of the most fascinating settings in the world: the Arena. Sublime beauty and perfect acoustics highlight the performances of international artists, lyrical seasons and philharmonic orchestras from all over the world. And if "love is in the air" a romantic walk awaits you from Piazza Brà to the famous Romeo and Juliet balcony.

Venice

From the mountains to the sea, from the valleys of Trentino to Venice. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the most unique city in the world, which is certainly also among the most enchanting. Venice doesn’t need any introduction: Rialto, St. Mark's Square, Bridge of Sighs are cult sites, places to see at least once in a lifetime. Luxury shopping can be found in Calle Vallaresso, but if you're looking for something truly exclusive and unpublished, we would recommend a visit to Murano’s glassmakers, where craftsmanship becomes real art.

Cortina D'Ampezzo
