The property, recently renovated, is characterized by a warm and modern style, studied in every detail.

On the first floor there is a kitchen with a linear design and light colours with a packet veranda that allows the total opening and closing of the same, thus becoming a beautiful open sea-view terrace.

On the ground floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, two of which with sea view and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional covered compartment and a beautiful veranda equipped with kitchen.

The view of the magnificent island of Tavolara and the sea, the beach below, make this property a perfect home for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia.
