A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. A flight of stairs leads down to the large, comfortable and cool sleeping area composed of a double master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, a further double bedroom with dividable beds and a very large bedroom with four beds, with two bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Outside, with separate access, is a further double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Exterior:
The park surrounding this exclusive residence is about 3.000 sq m, extending slightly downwards. Planted with green grass, on one side is a hill of Sardinian granite rocks with typical Mediterranean plants.
The barbecue/outdoor kitchen area next to the hill is in a very characteristic modern country style with a hob with electric burners, barbecue, sink, outdoor dining and sitting area. The private parking spots are outside the property and are covered by bamboo canes and chestnut wood.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Private pool:
Open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in October, the large pool is surrounded by wooden flooring and so is well integrated with the garden and the surrounding vegetation. It is located on the same level as the ground floor and has large sunbathing areas.
The pool, lined in PVC, is irregular in shape with two curved sides; it measures about 12 x 6 m and has a variable depth from 50 cm to 3 m. It has a metal ladder, internal lighting and chlorine purification. The border, in sand-coloured paving stones, is provided with stylish sunbeds, tables, a sail awning and a convenient hot and cold-water shower.

A geographical area that lent itself perfectly to become a marina around which to develop a seaside village. It was the Venetian Counts Nicolò and Luigi Donà dalle Rose who, in 1964, undertook to create the marina and the village. Almost everything was built spontaneously, following the inspiration and whim of the moment, with an eye to quality.
The idea of the two brothers was that Porto Rotondo should become a ''milieu'' of artists and intellectuals, and the first to respond to the invitation were the sculptors Andrea Cascella and Giancarlo Sangregorio. The first created the rendezvous for holiday-makers, Piazzetta San Marco, while the second created the piazzetta of the fishermen's dock, "Vecchia Darsena". Twenty-eight masons from Gallura worked the granite which Andrea Cascella needed to create the piazza, the steps, the façade of the Church of San Lorenzo, its megalithic cross and altar.
The territory is divided into three "punte": Punta Nuraghe, Punta Volpe, Punta Lada which accomodate, half-hidden by the lush Mediterranean vegetation, apartments, residences and prestigious villas of important big-names of culture, fashion, business and politics.
The proximity to Olbia, just 15 km away, with its port and international airport has furthered its development. Villa Bianca stands in the centre of the town with all facilities in the immediate vicinity, including the marina, but in a peaceful and tranquil enclave. At about 300 m there is the free shuttle service that connects this residential area to several beaches.
