Villa Bianca

Overview

Villa Bianca is a modern luxury villa located in The Giardini of the Aldia, a cottage complex in the Puntaldia resort, near to the town of San Teodoro, in northeast of Sardinia. The villa is placed only eight hundred meters from the sea: the nearest beach is called Lu Impostu.

Villa Bianca Overview

The two-story villa has six bedrooms, each of which with its own bathroom. The villa has also a staff room with a private bathroom.

On the ground floor of the house there are three bedrooms with a direct access to the garden and a staff room.

On the top floor, which can be reached using internal or external stairs, there are three bedrooms. One of them is a master bedroom with large stained-glass windows and a spectacular view of the island of Tavolara. On the same floor there are a living area with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Exterior:

Villa is placed in a large well-kept garden with a private swimming pool with a sea water (the pool can be heated on request) and a spacious sunbathing area with an outdoor shower. In the garden there are also the barbecue area and pizza oven.

From the living area you can reach a spacious veranda with a beautiful sea view, which has a comfortable summer furniture for relaxation. The outdoor furniture was completely renovated in 2023.

Payment terms:

50% at the time of booking as a deposit. Balance no later than the sixtieth day before arrival. Free cancellation with return of the deposit no later than the ninetieth day before arrival. If the cancellation is made more than the ninetieth day before arrival, the customer loses 15% of the total amount.

If the cancellation is made more than sixtieth day before arrival, the customer loses 30% of the total amount. For reasons of force majeure, the customer can cancel the reservation even more than two months before arrival, with the return of the confirmatory deposit or the provision of a voucher. The terms and conditions of payment and the cancellation policy can always be modified according to new agreements for each request, from time to time.

The tourist port of Puntaldia is about 2 km from the villa. Here there are all the basic services, such as restaurants, bar and a supermarket. The nearest beach from Villa Bianca is 800 meters away.

It is a beach with white and fine sand, which is called Lu Impostu. We also recommend you to visit the following magnificent beaches nearby: La Cinta, Isuledda, Cala d'Ambra, Suaraccia.

From villa Bianca you can reach in 7 km town of San Teodoro. Here you can find many entertainment services, such as night clubs, restaurants, bar, a souvenir bazaar, pharmacies, banks and more.
