The villa is built entirely of light stone from the outside and consists of 7 double bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 1 jacuzzi, 1 kitchen, dining room, living area, 1 indoor laundry.
The magical atmosphere of the rooms with a sea view, it will be wonderful to wake up, open the windows of the rooms and let yourself be caressed by the newly rising sun, its colors, on that fantastic sea, hear the voice of the sea, the smell and the incredible calm, which is interrupted only by the screams of seagulls and the gentle splashing of sea waves.
Villa is equipped with all the comforts, it will allow you to forget stress and have for a long time a nice memory of a vacation spent in one of the most magical places in southeastern Sicily.
Villa Castiglione Exterior:
Villa Castiglione is surrounded by a beautiful, extensive garden of about 3000 meters. A garden with lots of flowers, palm trees, bougainvillea, geraniums and two hundred-year-old olive trees, whose extraordinary beauty will take your breath away.
Inside the garden complex from north to south we find: tennis court; covered porch with outdoor kitchen equipped with stone oven, sink and grill, large table and chairs; also a small pool bar; shower room with toilet and dressing room; large gazebo with table and chairs; space for sunbeds; stone fountains; outdoor shower.
Villa Castiglione Swimming Pool:
An element that will add value to your holiday will be a 27x17 m2 irregularly shaped swimming pool located almost in the center of the building, consisting of three pools of different depths, one of which is a whirlpool. In the middle of the pool is a green oasis with tropical palm trees and a suggestive waterfall.
