Villa Eternity Description:
From the private car park on the street, with an adjoining power outlet for recharging electric cars, you walk down towards the Domus. A short granite staircase takes you to the entrance to the veranda at the back, with a built-in barbercue, wooden table and chairs, sheltered and very private.
Villa Eternity Interior:
The entrance door opens onto the central area of the Villa. Here you will find the living room in pure classical Mediterranean style, the blues of the sea, the snow-white contrasting with the warm brown of the wood in the ceiling beams and some of the furnishings. Immediately in front of you, a large central window overlooking the sea and two glass doors on either side of the room provide access to the outdoor veranda and patio with pool.
Behind the dining table, a short corridor leads on one side to the essential, fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom on the other side, facing the sea, are two bedrooms, both with twin beds. The style and colours of the Domus run through these rooms, creating a uniform and pleasant atmosphere between blues, whites and wood browns. One of the two rooms retained an internal washbasin with mirror.
Villa Eternity left wing:
On the other hand, contains the master bedroom, another single bedroom and a bathroom that complete the sleeping area. All the rooms in the Domus directly overlook the outside veranda and look out to the horizon, creating a delicate and calm atmosphere in every corner, thanks also to the Villa’s choice of very subdued colours.
The Villa Eternity exteriors and the swimming pool:
Every room at Villa Futura overlooks the horizon. It is here, to the West, that the granite-covered veranda opens up, from which a small staircase leads to the terrace with the pool below, overlooking the sea. A table with seating to enjoy the shade and relaxation, a large swimming pool with a heated and automated whirlpool, and the space around it for sunbathing and enjoying the tranquillity of the place. Breathtaking sunsets complete the picturesque picture of a Villa that has no equal.
The position of Villa Eternity:
Villa Eternity is located in the upper part of Costa Paradiso, halfway down a road that runs along Costa Paradiso from above and ends in a dead end. In this area there are a few other villas, each immersed in its own privacy. Next to the Villa’s car park, a path leads you to the natural pools of Costa Paradiso, an exclusive corner that few people reach. In 5 minutes by car you are comfortably in the centre where you can find essential services, bars and restaurants, boutiques and the parapharmacy. At the same distance you can reach the Li Cossi car park, from which you can reach the famous Cala Li Cossi on foot and the beautiful Cala Tinnari by dinghy.
