Overview

Villa Li Baietti is a property, consisting of two similar and independent residential units, is just 50 m from the sea of the beautiful Costa Paradiso, situated within the residential complex of the same name.

The villa was partially renovated in 2020 with improvements that have perfected the air conditioning system and the toilet facilities and with the construction of a circular swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.

The property is located within a naturalistic context overlooking the sea of western Sardinia, of undisputed value and with a wild flavour, characterised by rocky granite coasts and small coves and inlets, between the renowned municipality of Castelsardo to the south and the picturesque town of Santa Teresa di Gallura further north.

Villa Li Baietti Overview

The two, single-floor units of Villa Li Baietti are contiguous and equivalent (mirrored). From the fenced garden each unit can be accessed through both the main door and the French windows of the sitting rooms and bedrooms. Each of the two units, not connected internally, is composed of a kitchen, a sitting/dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

One of the units faces, at the front, the swimming pool and, at the back, the outdoor dining area, while the other unit faces, at the front, a porticoed area and a part of the garden and, at the back, the same dining area as the first unit, with a large stone table and brick-built barbecue. In both units, the main door leads into the sitting/dining room furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a dining table; the sitting room, with a large French window giving access to the garden, leads to the kitchen on one side and to a hallway with built-in wardrobes leading to the sleeping area on the other.

The pool-front unit has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, another double bedroom and a further bathroom with shower, while the adjacent unit has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, a triple bedroom and a further bathroom with shower. Every bedroom has access to the garden and swimming pool through French windows.

Exterior:

The garden, located on the opposite side of the main entrance, covers about 250 sq m of flat terrain with small shrubs and hedges that mark the border with the only neighbouring property. The area is shaded and accessible through two French windows located in the sitting room of one of the two units.

This external part is connected to the newly-built solarium and swimming pool area, facing the living area of the twin unit. In the garden is a comfortable dining area with a large stone table and brick-built barbecue, as well as a portico furnished as a cosy living area.

Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Private pool:

The circular swimming pool has a diameter of approximately 6 m with a variable depth from 1,40 m to 1,60 m. It is located in front of the property in a secluded area of the structure, surrounded by a solarium with a relaxation area from where you can glimpse the sea which is about 50 m away.

Light blue, with chlorine purification and large steps for access to the water, the pool is just a few metres from the sitting room and the bedrooms and guests will appreciate the opportunity to take an early morning dip after waking up. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

Short stays and non-weekly stays:

For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays starting from 5 nights.

Electricity (€ 200,00/week), tourism tax (where applicable). N.B. These costs, not included in the price list, will be calculated at the reservation time and due at the balance payment.

Extra cleaning (€ 22,00/hour per cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00 per person), heating (€ 30,00/day), extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 30,00/week/animal).

Distances

Located on the north-western coast of Sardinia in about 800 hectares of natural park, along 7 km of uncontaminated coastline characterised by granite rocks that descend gently towards the sea, Costa Paradiso, defined as such as it is indeed paradisiacal, is where the complex is located, equipped with all amenities: bars, shops, restaurants, hotels and parapharmacies.

The property is located 35 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo, two of the most characteristic towns in all Sardinia, with their unique and characteristic tourist marinas. The first faces the Corsican coast on the horizon, the second is the most important centre of the Gulf and Park of Asinara. About an hour's drive away (70 km) is the town of Olbia with its port and airport, the major centre of Gallura and the nearby Costa Smeralda, with the opportunity of visiting some of the most picturesque localities and beaches in the world.

Gallura, contrary to common knowledge, does not only have the sea to offer; of undoubted value is the borgo of Luogosanto and the context linked to the world of food and wine that characterises it, in which the endemic vineyards of Vermentino and the renowned wineries of the area are the main attraction linked to the world of wine tasting. Unique and renowned summer fairs and festivals in the nearby towns of Trinità, Badesi and Aglientu are the setting for a holiday just waiting to be discovered.
