Villa Villa Luce. Enjoy nature, relaxation, dolce vita and an enchanting landscape in southern Sardinia - Torre Delle Stelle, in this stunning Villa Luce e Torre, with fantastic sea views and a private swimming pool. For groups of up to 14 people, in a wonderful family atmosphere just 200 meters from the beach (8 min walk), it is the ideal spot to be sporty active or relax by the pool overlooking the sea . The entire house was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a Mediterranean style with all technical comforts transpiring a relaxed beach-house feeling. The house and pool (approx 3 x 9.5 x 1.2 m) can be heated on cooler days, and therefore are a comfortable accommodation during spring and fall.

The villa is on a hillside in Via Toro, a low traffic, cul-de-sac road, with holiday villas all along. Genn’ e Mari beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. Should you have more beach equipment, you can take the car and park for free at the beach parking area.
Guests have at their disposal more than 80 sqm of terrace space, a swimming pool as well as a pizza oven and gas barbecue.
There is car parking in front of the house on the right side along the road or up, next to the house.
