Villa Palomina

Overview

Villa Palomina is a beautifully restored two-story villa situated on a hillside near Cefalù with pretty gardens, a pool, and gorgeous sea views. Restored with care and furnished with style, the villa and grounds offer plenty of space to relax in beautiful surroundings.

The interiors have a ‘contemporary coastal’ look with whitewashed walls and wooden beams, grey floors and well-chosen fabrics and furniture made of natural materials. The living and dining and kitchen areas are on the ground floor, while upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which work well for two couples. A further bedroom with four single beds and a family bathroom make Villa Palomina ideal for family groups. The villa is not suitable for children under eight years old.

Villa Palomina Overview

Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, smaller sitting room, guest toilet.

First floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, family bedroom with four single beds and a separate bathroom with shower and bath.

Exterior:

A large, partially covered terrace is the place to dine in style and relax. The patio leads to an attractive garden with its palm trees and a variety of plants.

A pool with decking and sun loungers sets the scene for relaxing in the Sicilian sun.

Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Private pool:

The pool which measures 10 m. x 5 m. and is deep 1,5 m.

The pool is on the edge of the cliff and offers incredible views of the sea and the coastline.

The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

Weekly rentals:

The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

Short stays and non-weekly stays:

For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays starting from 5 nights.

Electricity (up to 330 kW / h per week), gas for cooking use, water, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi connection

Electricity (on consuption over 330 kW / h per week), tourist tax (where applicable), in case of non-disposal of urban waste, the extra payment of € 30.00 per week will be required at check-out

Extra cleaning (€ 22,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), extra cleaning when pets are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week)

The villa is in a quiet residential area above Cefalù.

Cefalù, with its great choice of beach clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and chemists, is about 4,5 km from the villa.
