Villa Villetta Tina located in Mazzanta, 450 meters from the sea, Villetta Tina offers a pleasant stay for your whole family. With a leisurely walk of approximately 150 meters through the shade of the pine forest, you can reach a beach with fine sand, ideal for children.

Villa Villetta Tina Accommodations

Villetta Tina offers three types of apartments: Standard Two-Room, Superior Two-Room, and Superior Three-Room. The ground-floor apartments have a separate entrance and a small private courtyard with a table and chairs.

The apartments on the raised floor have a separate entrance and a garden area of approximately 40 m2, furnished with a table, chairs, armchair, and sun lounger. The apartments on the first floor have a veranda of 8 m2 with a table and chairs.

The apartments at Villetta Tina are equipped with air conditioning/heating and a kitchenette that includes a gas stove with one electric plate, an extractor hood, a place for drying dishes, a 220 L refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom features a sink, bidet, toilet, and shower.

Additionally, you will find kitchen utensils, a television, a safe, a clothes drying rack, and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment is provided with bed linen and towels for all guests. We change the towels and bed linen weekly, while towels are changed during the week (excluding the kitchenette).

Children's club and entertainment:

For children aged 4 to 12, we have a Children's Club. In the pool or on the beach, we organize children's games, swimming courses, and many other creative activities that children will not easily forget.

We also have a program for adults: a diverse program often combined with sports activities (morning exercise on the beach, walks in the pine forest, running, tournaments, beach volleyball, pilates, ...).

In the evenings, near the bar, you can enjoy entertaining programs such as cabaret, group dances, or simply watch your children having fun during the "baby dance."

If you are looking for a practical apartment for your family, the Superior Two-Room Apartment, or Bilocale Superior, is the ideal solution. With a size of 35 m2, it is suitable for a family of two to four members.

This type of apartment features a comfortable living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed.

Trilocale Superior/Comfortable Apartment

(3 adults + 2 children up to 12 years old)

For larger families or groups of friends seeking more comfort, the Superior Three-Room Apartment, or Trilocale Superior, is the perfect choice. With a size of 45 m2, this apartment offers more space.

It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed.
