Overview

Villa Chalet Lusia maintaining the original structure of the Alpine Dolomite hut , we have made the Lusia Ski Luxury Wellness a modern and welcoming luxury home in perfect mountain style. Immersed in the charming Val di Fiemme you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Pale di San Martino. This location is ideal for both winter and summer, for all mountain lovers, for relaxation and tranquility.

The chalet is located directly on the ski slopes just a few steps from the arrival of the cable car: the best for all winter sports and mountain lovers!

The care for details and the rationalization of the spaces were our guidelines to make this chalet comfortable, welcoming and relaxing for all its guests.

The luxury Chalet Lusia Ski can accommodate two families or numerous companies, and consists of two main suites with private bathrooms , a kitchen-living room and two luxurious Spas, one indoor and one outdoor, to guarantee maximum privacy and comfort .

Villa Chalet Lusia Overview

Our first suite is characterized, like the whole cabin, by wooden walls and resin floors. On a wall, our backlit copper logo stands out, combined with the one with which the wardrobe is made. The famous glass wall, a special feature of our Luxury Wellness, is made of etched glass: by crushing a switch, the opaque wall will be transparent. In the suite there is also a Full HD TV that goes down automatically with a tilting movement. To guarantee you warm nights with maximum relaxation, the headboard of the bed is heated, thanks to the presence of carbon fibers.

Our second suite is characterized by the particular glass wall that separates the room from the toilet: enriched with hay and flowers inserted directly into the glass, it is a real pleasure for the eyes. In this room there is also a comfortable and large sofa that can become a practical bunk bed, ideal for families traveling with children.

In the loft there is another bedroom, with a double bed consisting of two single beds, especially suitable for children and youngsters as the ceiling height reaches 194 cm.

All rooms and the kitchen are equipped with Full HD televisions with Infinity Plus. You can connect your smartphone via the Vivaldi Round 7F stereo system in the Spa, indoor and outdoor, in the main suite and in the dining room via Bluetooth.

The pride of our facilities is our wonderful Relaxation Areas : the Lusia Ski can boast even two, one external and one internal. The outdoor and panoramic relaxation area on the incomparable view of the Dolomites is entirely covered with Listotech flooring (quartz and plastic free marble flooring, fireproof, which does not splinter and does not rot) anthracite color completely heated by carbon fibers (New technology of heating able to store heat in large quantities and to release it quickly, guaranteeing maximum efficiency in any temperature condition).

The hot tub, which reaches a temperature of 37 °, all in maximum comfort and with a wonderful view of the Pale di San Martino. Leaving the whirlpool, you can relax on the 4-meter relaxation bench, also crossed by carbon fibers, which with its heat will pamper you and allow you to spend even the coldest evenings outside. The indoor Spa is set up with a large Finnish sauna and a second whirlpool, which will allow you to spend long moments of relaxation in complete privacy and tranquility.

Our large kitchen-living room with exposed wooden beams will make you feel at home. Equipped with all the comforts, it is furnished with a large wooden table with copper legs combined with the rustic chandelier personalized with our logo and in line with the kitchen cupboards also with copper finishes. Even the kitchen top is very characteristic and is made with a single large piece of granite. To surround the table on two sides we find a large and comfortable padded bench combined with the color of the sofa.

To warm up at all times the fireplace with exposed glass, and to frame the kitchen, a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and television for your relaxing evenings. The sofa, if necessary, can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed. Our structure is situated in a strategic position for all ski lovers, but it is also ideal for those who wish to switch off from the daily routine, allowing themselves long moments of relaxation and tranquility immersed in the magnificent and evocative Val di Fiemme.

Dear Customer / Supplier

pursuant to art. 13 d. lgs. 196/2003 (hereinafter T.U.) in relation to personal data, also acquired from third parties, of which Luxury Wellness Lusia Ski will come into possession, we inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of data processing

The processing is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the existing contractual, pre-contractual or commercial relationship and to report any future promotional activities.

2. Method of data processing

The treatment is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) T.U .: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and distribution of data.

The operations can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means.

The treatment is carried out by the owner and / or by the persons in charge of the processing who work under the direct authority of the owner following the instructions given pursuant to art. 30 D. LGS. 196/2003.

3. Provision of data

The provision of common personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.

4. Refusal of data provision

Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 3 will make it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in point 1.

5. Communication of data

Personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of processing and may be communicated externally to the company only for the purposes referred to in point 1, in particular to:

- Agents for the assignment of the agency mandate.

- Companies or Professionals for the verification of commercial risk.

8. Transfer of data abroad

Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.

9. Rights of the interested party

Article. 7 T.U. grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including the right to obtain from the holder confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their availability in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to have knowledge of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing, of the identification data concerning the data controller and the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data.

10. Holder of the treatment

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

to. the origin of personal data;

b. of the purposes and methods of processing;

c. of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d. of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;

is. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

to. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

to. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

Come and discover the most interesting and intriguing places for an unforgettable holiday. For 20km through Pozza di Fassa, home of our Luxury Apartment, and Canazei, you can admire the mountains that seem just like a painting: the Vajolet Towers, the Sella Group and the Marmolada. A landscape that becomes even more fascinating thanks to the phenomenon of the “enrosadira” (alpenglow). A term in Ladin, a romance language, which means "becoming pink". It is a phenomenon in which the Dolomites (UNESCO heritage), at sunrise as well as at sunset, magically turn a colour pink... truly spectacular. This happens due to the rock composition containing calcium carbonate and magnesium. To enjoy this particular and suggestive moment you can take advantage of a guided tour that gives you the opportunity to attend a unique show, one of its kind.

Trentino and surroundings

Madonna di Campiglio, in the Brenta Dolomites, is another compulsory setting for those who love winter sports and are looking for high-level skiing facilities. With its 160km of ski slopes and 80 ski lifts, Madonna di Campiglio is also home to internationally renowned sporting events such as the Alpine Ski World Cup.

Contemporary and modern art lovers will appreciate the artistic offer that the MART of Rovereto provides and, in particular, the Fortunato Depero Futurist Art House. For those who are interested in buying old and modern paintings and art objects, we recommend the Aste Dolomia auction house, located right at the foot of the Rovereto Castle.

Verona

Just a few kilometres from the Trentino valleys, in Verona we find one of the most fascinating settings in the world: the Arena. Sublime beauty and perfect acoustics highlight the performances of international artists, lyrical seasons and philharmonic orchestras from all over the world. And if "love is in the air" a romantic walk awaits you from Piazza Brà to the famous Romeo and Juliet balcony.

Venice

From the mountains to the sea, from the valleys of Trentino to Venice. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the most unique city in the world, which is certainly also among the most enchanting. Venice doesn’t need any introduction: Rialto, St. Mark's Square, Bridge of Sighs are cult sites, places to see at least once in a lifetime. Luxury shopping can be found in Calle Vallaresso, but if you're looking for something truly exclusive and unpublished, we would recommend a visit to Murano’s glassmakers, where craftsmanship becomes real art.
