Villa Gioiello Overview
The villa has 4 floors. The ground floor, in direct communication with the garden, consists of a brightly-lit living area with a sea-view terrace, a relaxation room, a dining room connected to a modern well-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. A sumptuous central staircase with an elegant wrought iron bannister by the Italian artist Alessandro Mazzucotelli leads to the upper floors comprising the sleeping area.
On the first floor is the master area consisting of two large double bedrooms: the first with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace, the second with a relaxing study area with pianola and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.
The second floor, dedicated to guests, consists of one double bedroom, one double with 1,40 m wide bed and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower (one of which en-suite) and a sitting room with sea-view terrace.
The villa has recently been completely renovated, with carefully researched period materials and equipped with state-of-the-art technological systems. All the floors are also connected by internal lift. There is also a laundry area on the basement floor and an apartment for the villa staff with a separate and completely independent entrance. The property includes an underground garage.
Exterior:
The 1,000 sq m garden extends all around the property, incorporating it in a context of total privacy. The main part is paved in stone while another part is covered by lawn. The garden includes palm trees, colourful flowers and climbing plants.
There are two large gazebos organised as outdoor living areas with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying seafood dinners at sunset, and various other relaxation areas scattered around the garden.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Private pool:
The kidney-shaped pool is located next to the entrance of the villa and easily reached down 10 steps. Measuring 32 sq m with a constant depth of 1,50 m, it is lined in aquamarine PVC and has chlorine purification and Roman steps for access to the water.
The partly stone-paved and lawn sunbathing area is equipped with deckchairs. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
