Villa Le Pergole Detail:

This property has been restored thinking everything required by travellers to enjoy their holidays such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor , ceiling fans, satellite TV, wi-fi and a well-equipped kitchen. Furthermore, in order to make the house ideal for families travelling with young children , the swimming pool (11 x 5 mt) has been totally fenced.

The attractive interiors testify the Tuscan tradition through beamed ceilings and cotto floors, and the welcoming furniture inspires overall a feeling of sober elegance and warm décor.

Le Pergole can host up to 10 guests; there are five bedrooms all with their private bathroom. The accommodation is split into two units, four bedrooms are in the main house (one on the ground floor and the others on the first floor) and one bedroom is on the first floor of the dependance. Each unit opens onto the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola ideal for outdoor meals. The dependence also benefits of a beautiful built-in barbecue which is particularly loved by travelers during summer evenings. Enchanting views over the valley, the vineyards and forested slopes complete a truly delightful stay.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). All the bedrooms on this floor have A/C.

Dependence - 2 people ground floor: Sitting room with kitchenette opening onto a covered veranda with built-in BBQ and table tennis.

First Floor: Double bedroom with king size bed, A/C and en-suite bathroom (shower).
