  • Villa Sole overview

    Modern villa with seafront terrace and private Jacuzzi in Pozzallo (South Sicily). Sole has the ultimate location, right on the beach on the outskirts of Pozzallo, yet within easy reach of so many of the Baroque treasures for which south-east Sicily is renowned. Contemporary and classy, the apartment’s large open spaces and terraces make it a very appealing holiday home for a family or for two couples. Sole is on the upper floor of a building shared with three other apartments. The neighbours all are discreet and should not disturb your holiday.

    Spend a week in Sicily at Sole and you can swim in the sea every morning, relax on the terrace every evening and explore the surrounding area's wonderful sights every day. Sole really is a wonderful choice for your Sicilian holiday.

  • Outdoor:

    Furnished with contemporary white furniture and sunbeds in shades of oatmeal, the only splash of colour to be seen on the magnificent glass-fronted terrace is the turquoise of the sea and blue of the sky.

    From here, a spiral staircase winds up to an even more spectacular and completely private roof terrace, with more furniture and sunloungers and a barbecue. However the highlight is the jacuzzi - available only to guests at Solena - which is strategically positioned in the corner of the terrace to ensure the best sea views.

    Access to the apartment is via the main entrance at the back of the building.

    Indoor:

    Solena is found on the first floor of the building. The large open-plan living/dining area is very contemporary, with splashes of grey against a white backdrop and huge sliding doors out to the terrace. The kitchen is at one side of the room, all gleaming black and chrome, with a glossy white dining table and chairs.

    There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have fabulous sea views. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed next door to the second bathroom with shower. There is also a small laundry room.

    Deposit amounting to 50% of the total price to pay within 3 days of confirmation from us.
    The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the beginning of your holiday.

    The heated jacuzzi - exclusively for the use of guests at Solena - is open to guests from 4th May to 21st September. There is an additional charge of € 130 per week to open the jacuzzi outside of this period.
