Luxurious Features of Villa Aliv:

The villa is located in a very quiet but inhabited area. Villa Aliv features spacious outdoor areas and a fully fenced private garden. The outdoor area includes a large private parking lot, as well as a large covered veranda equipped with tables and chairs overlooking the pool and lawn, with two barbecues: one charcoal and one gas. There is also a second area with tables and chairs near the kitchen. The main structure comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and TV, each independent from the other, and a large air-conditioned living kitchen with TV, a five-burner stove, kettle, blender, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a separate and independent laundry area with a sink.

Villa Aliv:

Villa Aliv also includes two independent annexes with double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, making it very cozy and comfortable.

Pozzallo’s history has ancient origins, with Byzantine traces and Roman coins found on its territory. After a period of Saracen domination, it became an Arab-dominated area. It was the Arabs who made it one of the most important ports in the region. In the 14th century, Pozzallo was well-known for its fresh water springs, “Pozzofeto” and “Senia,” which were marked on portolan charts and nautical maps for replenishing water supplies from ships.
