Villa Sunset description:
The entrance is reminiscent of a real theatre: a grand granite staircase leads from one side to a sheltered outdoor patio with sofas and a barbecue area. On the other side of the staircase is the main entrance to the Domus, to the living and kitchen area. An adjacent small path leads to an exclusive corner with a stone table on the highest point of the villa atop the red granite rocks.
A second and larger sheltered patio completes the unique architecture of the Domus. It is accessed from the kitchen or the living room. It is supported by a rock left in its original position and accompanies you to the floor rooms and the outdoor pool. It is only the beginning on the journey of Beauty.
The kitchen is furnished in a rustic and refined style, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need. Stone, wood and marble infuse it with the atmosphere of a museum room.
The living area of Villa Sunset consists of a living room with a dining table, a fireplace, carefully designed windows for a view of unique corners and panoramas, comfortable yet distinctive furniture, statues and artwork.
This floor ends with two bedrooms, one double with a view of the pool and one twin called the ‘bunk room’, both with en suite bathrooms. There is also a service bathroom for the living area.
The living room leads to the lower, cool basement level of the house, where there are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms at Villa Sunset have sea and pool views. Completing the villa are the many corners of beauty, from the fireplace area to the panoramic terrace and the works of art with which the house is littered.
