Villa Benedetta Overview
All the rooms are air-conditioned, the area is securely gated with a manicured garden illuminated at night. The interior design is very fresh and colourful, done with high quality furnishings.
Inside the villa is composed of a huge master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, 1 double and 1 twin rooms with shared bathroom, 1 four bed bunk room and a further double room with shared shower room, 1 single room off kitchen with shower, ideal for staff. Open plan kitchen, dining area, playroom.

Outdoor spaces are equipped by the 18m infinity pool in the olive grove, gas-fired BBQ, outdoor table for 14 persons, table tennis table, pool house with covered seating area, outdoor shower, bar and indoor gym, car parking for several cars.

Payment terms:
50% at the time of booking as a deposit. Balance no later than the sixtieth day before arrival. Free cancellation with return of the deposit no later than the ninetieth day before arrival. If the cancellation is made more than the ninetieth day before arrival, the customer loses 15% of the total amount.
If the cancellation is made more than sixtieth day before arrival, the customer loses 30% of the total amount. For reasons of force majeure, the customer can cancel the reservation even more than two months before arrival, with the return of the confirmatory deposit or the provision of a voucher. The terms and conditions of payment and the cancellation policy can always be modified according to new agreements for each request, from time to time.
