A terra-cotta tiled floor and rustic wood beams stretch overhead characterize this Villa. The bright and spacious living area encompasses the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerated wine cellar and a comfortable lounge area.

An ample corridor leads to the sleeping area composed by six light and airy queen bedrooms, with an enchanting view of the sea and the garden featuring traditional handmade tile floor, some of them equipped with satellite TV and four bathrooms with showers. In a separate annexed accessed externally, there is a seventh bedroom with another queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Set right in the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, this luxury villa couldn’t be better situated to offer gorgeous views of the turquoise water. The Spacious lounge opens into a magnificent covered terrace, the perfect location for sunset cocktails. At the entrance, a big carob tree shades guest dining al Fresco or relaxing beneath it in the comfortable hammock. Picture yourself whiling away the hours relaxing, cooling down in the pool or chatting and reading while the kids play. The stunning pool and a Jacuzzi surrounded by olive trees, is a perfect spot where to relax and it also lights up for a night swim under the stars. The Villa is situated within the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, one of Sicily’s treasures. The Villa is constructed for guest to appreciate the best of nature. The stunning view shows the brilliant golf of Castellammare del Golfo and kilometers of Coastline.

The Village of Scopello is within walking distance where you can find typical shops. Within a few minutes drive you can reach Tonnara di Scopello ( Old Tuna fishery) that has been a set for many films. At night the vibrant town of Castellammare attract many tourist thanks to its movida with fine restaurants and bar with live music.
